Shift Culture's Fourth of July BRZ Sweepstakes

Official Rules — Please read carefully before entering.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Void where prohibited by law. All disputes resolved solely by binding arbitration. Entrants waive the ability to bring class action claims. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules, which are a binding contract, including indemnities to the Sweepstakes Parties and limitations of your rights and remedies.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older as of date of entry. A valid driver's license is required to claim the prize. Employees, officers, and directors of Shift Culture LLC ("Sponsor"), Realtime Media LLC ("Administrator"), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies — along with their immediate family members and household members — are not eligible. Immediate family includes spouses, partners, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and their respective spouses. Household members are those sharing the same residence for at least 3 months per year. If a single household enters using more than five (5) unique email addresses, all entries associated with that household may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

2. Timing

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on June 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 20, 2026, or once 9,000 total entries are received — whichever comes first. The Sponsor's designated computer clock is the official timekeeping device.

3. How to Enter

There are three (3) methods of entry. A maximum of 4,500 purchase entries and 4,500 mail-in entries will be accepted (9,000 total). Once any method's cap is reached, that method closes.

• Method A (In-person): Buy eligible merchandise at a Shift Culture event where the prize vehicle is displayed. Provide your name, ZIP code, phone, date of birth, and email to a Sponsor representative.

• Method B (Online): Purchase qualifying merchandise at shiftculturegiveaway.com during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) entry per eligible item. Returned items void associated entries.

• Method C (Mail-in): Handprint your full name, mailing address (no P.O. boxes), email, phone, and birth date on a plain 3×5" paper. Mail separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: Shift Culture LLC, Attn: BRZ Sweepstakes Entry, 3245 Okeechobee Rd, Fort Pierce, FL 34947. Must be postmarked by September 21, 2026 and received by September 25, 2026.

Fraud warning: Purchasing items to obtain entries with intent to return them is fraudulent and will result in disqualification and a permanent ban from future Sponsor sweepstakes. Automated, AI-generated, or mechanically reproduced entries are void.

4. Drawing

On or about September 28, 2026, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) potential grand prize winner from all eligible entries. If the entry threshold is reached earlier, the drawing will be held approximately seven (7) business days after the announced end date.

5. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6. Winner Notification & Prize Claiming

The potential winner will be notified via email within a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. The winner must complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility/Release of Liability within two (2) days of notification. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or non-compliance will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected (up to three alternates). A potential winner becomes an official winner only after Sponsor verification. Alabama or Nebraska residents under age 19 may require a parent or legal guardian to co-sign the Declaration.

7. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize — winner's choice of one vehicle: 2022 Toyota GR86 (~6,000 miles), 2023 Subaru BRZ (~4,000 miles), or 2022 Toyota GR86 (~3,000 miles). Total ARV: $35,000.

Winner is responsible for all licensing, insurance, title, registration fees, and any other expenses not specified herein. Delivery must be taken within 90 days of availability notification, at Shift Culture Headquarters in Fort Pierce, Florida. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. An IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued. Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions. Limit one (1) prize per person and household.

8–11. General Conduct, Waivers & Releases

Winner grants Sponsor irrevocable right to use name, likeness, and residence for advertising. Entrants release the Sweepstakes Parties from all liability. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify violators or those acting in a disruptive manner. Sponsor may modify or terminate the Sweepstakes due to Force Majeure.

12–13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes resolved by binding individual arbitration under JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules. No class actions. Claims limited to actual out-of-pocket costs (max $10). No punitive/consequential damages.

14–15. Privacy & Miscellaneous

Entry information may be shared for administration. By participating, you agree to the Privacy Policy at shiftcultureofficial.com/policies/privacy-policy. If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions continue in effect.

To receive the winners list, send a #10 self-addressed, stamped envelope — received by November 20, 2026 — to:
